Thank you for doing business with Independent Equipment LLC. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All sales are final.
Independent Equipment LLC does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products sold, including but not limited to equipment, forklifts, rentals, parts, accessories, attachments, special-order items, or custom configurations.
At the sole discretion of Independent Equipment LLC, return or exchange requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any request is not guaranteed and must be provided in writing.
If a return is approved:
All special-order, custom-built, modified, reserved, or non-stock items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
All used equipment is sold AS-IS, unless otherwise stated in a separate written warranty agreement signed by Independent Equipment LLC. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all equipment upon delivery or pickup. Any claims for shipping damage, shortages, or visible defects must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
Orders may not be canceled once processed, shipped, placed into production, or reserved. Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative, restocking, or loss-of-value fees as determined by Independent Equipment LLC.
Any applicable manufacturer warranty is separate from this Return & Exchange Policy and is subject solely to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Independent Equipment LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, delay, or inability to use any product purchased.
Independent Equipment LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
